Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Answers to some of the frequently asked Questions.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including coolers. The platform comes equipped with a large cooler filled with ice, a cutting board, a corkscrew, and cups, though you must bring your own plates and cutlery. Guests must ensure trash is safely stored.
What is included in the rental price?
Standard rentals include the use of the 400sqft floating platform, two waterbikes, snorkeling gear, an ice-filled cooler, and welcome snacks. A bottle of wine or rosé is often included with full-day rentals.
How many people can the raft accommodate?
The platform has a maximum capacity of 10 people, including children. While there is no minimum number of guests required to book, the minimum price typically starts at the equivalent of six people.
Is it safe, and can I tip over?
The water bikes are designed to be extremely stable and "virtually impossible to tip over". Most riders find them as easy as walking and more stable than a traditional bicycle, so no previous experience or special skills are required.
What should I wear, and will I get wet?
You typically stay dry during the ride unless you choose to jump in for a swim. Recommended attire includes a swimsuit, sun protection, and water shoes or tennis shoes that can get wet, as they provide better grip for boarding and pedaling than flip-flops.
What are the height and weight limits??
While there are no specific manufacturer height requirements, this design allows the water bike to be used by a wide range of adult users. However, it is not for children under 14 years of age. The recommended maximum weight for a single adult rider is 286 lbs (approx.130).
